Many of you already know that Alex and I got married in Costa Rica this past April!  It's taken me forever to post the photos because I've been so busy since then.  Anyway, the wedding was pretty much amazing.  AMAZING!!!  We had such a great time in Costa Rica and we're looking forward to going back for a visit soon.  One week there simply isn't enough time to see everything.

I really want to thank everyone who helped make our wedding so memorable.  Aimee from Tropical Occasions was our wedding coordinator and she was nothing short of extraordinary.  We seriously couldn't have made the wedding happen without her.  Thank you so much Aimee!  Also a big thanks to out photographer Jose Villa.  Jose's photos are incredible.  While Alex pretty much planned a majority of the wedding, the one thing she let me have my say on was the photography.  There isn't anyone else I would have chosen to capture the day for us.  Thank you Jose!

We also did a Day-After Session with Jose and Aimee the day after the wedding.  Why not right?  Costa Rica is the perfect backdrop to get gorgeous photographs.  I'll have to share those in a different post so this one isn't too large.  I had a hard enough time just narrowing down this wedding post to 35 images, haha!  I might be a little biased though.  If you want to get a better feel of the atmosphere of our day, feel free to click play on the slideshow at the end of this post.  Now on to the wedding!

Sara and Matt were married this past July in The Woodlands, TX.  Their ceremony was held at the Fellowship of The Woodlands and they had an insane reception at East Richey Gardens!  I found out that Matt was a fellow comic book nerd before the wedding but I was still shocked when I saw his wedding cake.  Cakes by Gina created an amazing Super Mario Brothers cake for their wedding!  It was seriously one of the coolest things I've ever seen!

Mike Krell from Impressive Events kept the party going all night and Darryl & Co. provided the gorgeous florals.  Their were so many great images from this wedding that I wanted to share but there simply wasn't room to blog them all.  I included a slideshow at the end of this post if you'd like to check out the entire wedding.

This wedding post has been way overdue...I actually shot Dominique and Ryan's wedding last November!  I've actually become good friends with them since then, Ryan recommended the jeweler for my wife's wedding ring (who was excellent btw).  They had their reception at the Magnolia Hotel and Shannon from Rendezvous Events coordinated the day.

I'll be digging up a few more weddings from late last year and early this year to blog as well.  For now, check these out!

Venue:  Amber Springs
DJ + Lighting:  LG Entertainment
Florist:  Darryl & Co.

Kim and Brenton got married at Amber Springs last month.  You might remember them from their engagement session that I photographed earlier this year.  They were all smiles the entire day which made for amazing photos...I really enjoyed photographing them!

Big thanks to Matthew McMichael for helping me out at the last minute on this wedding.  It was fun working with you again as always!
